In addition to our traditional restaurant locations, we are proud to have a dedicated smokehouse to produce delicious sausage and boudin. Our meet products are also available in your local supermarket!

Our USDA inspected processing plant produces between 1,000 and 1,500 pounds of sausage daily–regular smoked sausage, hot sausage, green onion sausage, ​and pork boudin! All gluten free! All our meat products are packaged under The Jambalaya Shoppe Smokehouse label!
